You probably know it’s important to rest, but do you schedule rest on your calendar? To be honest, I have not been doing that and I think I need to start.
In fact, this is probably the shortest blog post I’ve ever written because I want you and I both to disconnect, maybe for the rest of the day, and REST. If it’s not entirely possible today or this week, let’s put it on the calendar.
I have a busy season coming up and I’m sure you do, too. And if there’s ONE THING I want to accomplish with this 101 Days till Christmas countdown, it’s to plan ahead and be more organized so that we can enjoy the holidays. And I know we’ll be more capable of doing that if we prioritize REST for the next 87 days till Christmas.
